Solya is a Texas-based indie and alternative musician, born in 2006, whose work combines electronic, pop and rock elements. She writes and composes her music entirely by herself and performs electric guitar, synthesizer and piano on her recordings.

Career

Solya debuts in 2023 with the three-track EP Fever Dream. In the same year she releases the singles “Roadkill”, “Heaven” and “Tear Me Apart”. Her music is described as drawing on rock, pop and electronic sounds, with dynamic vocals and emotionally focused lyrics.

In 2024 she releases “Antlers”, “Every Road I Know”, “We Say Goodbye” and “Take Me”. Across these recordings she explores styles including dream pop, alt-country and metal. Her work is also associated with indie, psychedelic rock and alternative music.

Collaborations

Solya appears on Baby Bugs’ single “Baby, Baby” and co-headlines a US tour with Baby Bugs called The Bugs and Butterflies Tour.
