Social Contract is a London band from the United Kingdom. It begins with founding members Josuha Eggerton and Scott Roach, who start the group in west London, in zone 3, before the band moves to South London to find other musicians.

Line-up

After the original pair establish the project, Thomas Leafyman Leatham joins on bass and Bisque Wemyss joins on drums. The group is then formed as a four-piece.

Style

Social Contract plays indie rock and alternative rock with post-punk influences, and is also described as working in dreamy indie pop and riff-led songs. The band’s music is associated with the suburban West and South London setting from which it emerges.
