Skitz is a Cambridgeshire-born, London-based hip hop DJ, producer and recording artist. Born in 1970, he works across hip hop, R&B and dancehall-related styles, and is associated with UK hip hop and UK dance music.

Broadcasting and radio

He co-presents the Original Fever show with Rodney P on BBC 1Xtra, a role he holds until 2007.

Record releases

Skitz releases hip hop records as a solo artist. His first full-length album, Countryman, arrives in 2001. His later album Sticksman appears in 2010 and is accompanied by a remixed version, Remicksman. He also releases a number of singles and several mix CDs, including Badmeaningood and the Homegrown series.

Titan Sounds

He runs his own label, Titan Sounds, which issues 12-inch singles by The Extremists, Big P, Riddla and Skeme. Many of the tracks from those singles later appear on the compilation CD The Introduction.
