Simone Felice is a US singer-songwriter and musician associated with folk, indie and lo-fi music. He is one of the Felice brothers who form The Felice Brothers, and after leaving that band he forms his own group, The Duke & The King. He also performs as a solo artist.

Career

Felice leaves The Felice Brothers in 2009 and goes on to work with The Duke & The King as well as on his own. His writing and performances are rooted in stripped-back songwriting, with an emphasis on personal and traditional material.

Live From A Lonely Place

In August 2010 he releases Live From A Lonely Place, a home-recorded collection made in a barn only weeks after his heart surgery. The release brings together songs from the earliest Felice Brothers period, songs associated with The Duke & The King, and a version of the traditional Celtic waltz “Wild Mountain Thyme”, arranged by Felice.
