Silver Trees is a group from Claremont, United States, active since 1991. It works across folk rock, indie folk, indie rock, lo-fi, rock and singer-songwriter styles, and is associated with an acoustic, indie-folk sound.

The group’s releases include the debut EP Paper Hearts, which features acoustic-led songs and expansive soundscapes, and the second EP Fighting the Rust.

The line-up includes John Darnielle, Rachel Ware, Peter Hughes, Jon Wurster, Matt Douglas and Sarah Arslanian.
