SHOLTO

SHOLTO is the recording name of Oscar Robertson, a London-based drummer, multi-instrumentalist and producer. He works in jazz and is associated with instrumental music and lo-fi sounds.

His music draws on an early interest in jazz, soul, krautrock and film soundtracks from the 1960s and 1970s. It is characterised by instrumental grooves and a sound shaped by analogue textures and sentimental melodies.
