Shiva

Shiva is a UK dance act from the mid-1990s signed to FFRR Records. The group features Louise Dean on vocals, with musicians and songwriters Paul Ross and Gino Piscitelli. Its best-known track is “Freedom”.

Shiva also appears as the name of several other acts in different genres and countries, including a heavy metal and progressive band active in the early 1980s, a Turkish alternative rock band from Istanbul, a Melbourne gothic and misanthropic dance music trio, a Swedish melodic rock and metal band, a South East London indie band, a metal band from Makó in Hungary, a Japanese visual kei band formed in 2015, and an Australian deathcore band. There is also an Italian rapper performing as Shiva, and a DnB vocalist who features on “When the Rain Comes” by Apollon.
