Self Abuse is a punk group from Bournemouth, England, formed in 1982. It is a UK punk band associated with the uk82 scene.
The name is also used by other acts, including a Self Abuse from Malmö, Sweden, which plays old-style hardcore punk influenced by early Boston and Washington, DC hardcore scenes. The Bournemouth group remains active.
