Scaler

Scaler are a Bristol, UK four-piece group formerly known as Scalping. The band consists of Isaac Jones on drums, James Rushforth on bass guitar, Nick Berthoud on guitar and Alex Hill on electronics.

They work across the space between live guitar music and live electronic music, and their music develops from the question of how those two forms can be brought together in a band setting. The four members write, record and perform together.

The group has been active for at least five years under the Scaler name, following their earlier identity as SCALING/SCALPING.
