Saving Aimee are a British pop punk and pop rock group from St Albans in the United Kingdom. The band forms in 2005 and is made up of six school friends.

They begin after watching friends Enter Shikari and Friendly Fires perform at the Pioneer youth club in St Albans. With no set plan, they start out playing small venues such as British Legion halls, working men’s clubs and village fetes. Their early equipment is borrowed, including a drum kit, two guitars, a bass, an old Roland synthesiser and a worn white van.

By 2008, the band releases the free download single Small Talk, which receives regular play on Kerrang TV, The Box, 4Music and Scuzz. It also receives airplay on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show and gains A-list rotation on Kerrang Radio for several months.

The follow-up single We’re the Good Guys is issued through Hey You! and Autonomy Recordings and becomes the title track of the band’s debut album. Their live shows are described through reports of sold-out UK touring, stage invasions and audiences calling for encores, and they support acts including Enter Shikari, Kill Hannah, Go Audio, Hot Leg and Simple Plan.

Saving Aimee are described as an energetic live band whose sound combines pop-rock and pop-punk elements with power pop and pop influences. The group remains active.
