Savages Y Suefo

Savages Y Suefo are a Budapest, Hungary-based electronic group active since 2008, made up of Savages and Suefo. The pair come from the same eclectic Budapest music scene and work across a wide range of styles, including downtempo, breaks, jazz, funk, hip-hop, dub, electro swing and multikulti folk. They use that mix both in DJ sets and in their own productions.

Formation and early work

Savages releases a solo debut album, Five Finger Discount, through Chameleon Records in 2008. In the same year, Savages meets Suefo, who is also a member of Vono Box, and they begin collaborating on tracks and remixes.

Remixes and activities

As a duo, they produce remixes for !DelaDap, [dunkelbunt], Max Pashm, Rube, Kid Loco, [re:jazz] and Danilo Venturi. They also organise club nights in Hungary to promote eclectic music and electro swing, while working on their debut album and new remixes.
