Sara Parkman
Sara Parkman is a Swedish folk musician from Sundsvall, born in 1989. She works as a violinist, singer and composer, and her music sits within contemporary Swedish folk while also drawing on pop. She is associated with Golden Offence Orchestra and Kraa.

Her debut solo album is Sara Parkmans Skog (2016). It receives the title of Artist of the Year at Folk & Världsmusikgalan, the Swedish gala for folk and world music. Her second solo album, Vesper (2019), takes its name from the Christian evening prayer and explores the sacred through music. It attracts strong critical attention, earns a Swedish Grammy nomination, and receives Dagens Nyheter’s Culture Prize.
