Sanity's Rage
Sanity's Rage is a German metal band from Herne, active since 1986. The group plays heavy metal, power metal and speed metal, and is associated with thrash metal as well.
History
August 2006 marks the release of Rage of One, an album that brings the band wider attention in the metal underground. The record presents old-school thrash aggression alongside technical and melodic elements. The band develops within the new wave of thrash metal scene and performs with other Belgian thrash groups.
Sanity's Rage shares bills with acts including After All, Trenchfoot, Spoil Engine, M-busch, Chainsaw, Drifter and Sacred Oath. It also supports Laaz Rockit and Destructor at an Alcatraz Concerts show in Belgium, and appears at the Thrash Assault 3 warm-up show in Germany with Gama Bomb and Bonded by Blood.
Before line-up changes involving the bass player and guitarist, the band plays alongside Saxon, Testament, Hyades, Holy Moses, Agent Steel and Onslaught.

Releases
You Are What You Swallow is described as the band’s debut full-length album. After the departure of the drummer, the band records with a session drummer from The End Of All Reason, then brings in Gabriel Deschamps as the new drummer to continue live activity and work on a follow-up release.
