Sandtimer is a UK electronic project associated with vaporwave, hardvapour and post-vaporwave. It begins in 2015 and is led by experimental electronic and vaporwave artist HKE, who previously uses the name Hong Kong Express.

Sandtimer issues a run of releases in 2015 and 2016, including the LPs Leave With Us, Vaporwave is Dead, In Search of the Chessmaster and God, plus the EPs 808 Hate Suite and HVIA.
