San Salvador

San Salvador is a French group from Corrèze associated with Occitan folk music, polyphonic chant, vocal music and world music. It is described as a popular choir and is formed by former members of the retired Sounds Like Chicken.

The group combines Occitan folk traditions with a sound that also draws on dry, heavy reggae and rock and roll. Its live performances are known for mixing these styles into a dance-oriented set.
