Sam Lewis

Sam Lewis is an American singer-songwriter based in Nashville and active since 2009. He is also noted as a recording and mixing engineer. After a nomadic youth across the south-eastern United States, he makes Nashville his home from 2009 onward. His work sits mainly in Americana, but it also moves through blues rock and soul, and his tagging includes alt-country, indie, mellow and alt rock.

Recorded work

Lewis releases a series of studio and live recordings under his own name. His self-titled debut arrives in 2012, followed by Waiting On You in 2015, Loversity in 2018 and the live-acoustic album Solo in 2020. The first single from Loversity, “One and The Same”, helps bring wider attention to the record and leads to his inclusion on Rolling Stone’s “10 New Artists to Watch” list.
