Blending modern indie-pop with the folk tradition of story telling, Sam Bennett is a modern troubadour based in Nottingham, UK. 20th November 2008 saw the release of his first single, "I Am A Lighthouse". Self-released, with an initial batch of 80 hand-made copies, the single features the B-sides, "Swim Away" and "I Love" as well as the title track.
