sad13 is the solo project of Sadie Dupuis, who is the lead singer and guitarist in the indie rock band Speedy Ortiz. The project is associated with indie pop, pop, synthpop and alternative music, and Dupuis performs it as a solo outlet alongside her work with Speedy Ortiz.

Its debut solo album, Slugger, is part of the project’s recorded output.
