Rupee is the stage name of Rupert Clarke, a soca musician associated with Barbados and Germany. He is born in military barracks in Germany to a German mother and a Barbadian father who is serving in the British armed forces. He later becomes identified as a Barbados artist and works in the soca genre.

He is signed to Atlantic Records.
