Rostam

Rostam Batmanglij is an American producer and songwriter born in 1983 in Washington, D.C. He is based in New York and has Iranian parents.

Career

He works as a multi-instrumentalist and is known for his association with indie and pop music. He is a former member of Vampire Weekend and co-founded the electro-soul group Discovery with Wesley Miles of Ra Ra Riot.

Rostam also collaborates with other artists, including Clairo, Tokyo Police Club and Charli XCX.
