Riviera

Riviera is a German retro lounge-pop group formed by the siblings Julia and Roland Wolff. It is mainly a studio project built around the pair, who play all the instruments on their own compositions. The group works in a 1960s-inspired pop style and is known for combining retro lounge-pop with a polished, melodic approach.

Releases and activity

From 2001, Riviera releases six CDs in Japan on Philter/Sony and in South Korea on Chilimusic/t-entertainment. Its music also appears in television commercials for LG Telecom, KIA and other brands in Asia.

Remixes and collaborators

Riviera’s work is remixed by artists including Fantastic Plastic Machine, Konishi Yasuharu of Pizzicato 5 and Shuya Okino.
