Rick Estrin And The Nightcats is a blues group led by harmonica player and singer Rick Estrin. The group appears under the alternate name Rick Estrin & The Nightcats as well.

Background

Before fronting this line-up, Rick Estrin is the voice and face of Little Charlie & The Nightcats for thirty years, a blues and jump band associated with guitarist Little Charlie Baty. After Baty retires from touring, Estrin takes a more central role in the Nightcats project.

The group includes Lorenzo Farrell and J. Hansen on the rhythm section, with Kid Andersen on guitar. Kid Andersen is described as a Norwegian musician and a younger addition to the band. The verified line-up also names Jason Hansen as part of the group.
