Rhys Morgan is a blues musician from Issaquena County, United States, born in 1913 and dying in 1983. He is associated with the Muddy Waters Band and the Son Simms Four, and his music spans blues, blues rock, Chicago blues, delta blues, electric blues and psychedelic rock.
