Repo Man
Repo Man is a hardcore punk group from Oakland, California. The name is also used by at least two other acts, including a Sydney-based band influenced by Bad Brains, Black Flag, Minutemen, Hüsker Dü and X, and a Bristol group that forms in 2011 and works with a damaged, noisy rock sound.
The Oakland group is tagged across noise rock, rock, spoken word, pop rock and wrestling, placing it in a broad area of punk-derived and experimental music. The name is also associated with audio from the film Repo Man, which can appear among tracks linked to it.
