Ren Spits At Magpies

Ren Spits At Magpies is a singer and songwriter originally from a field in Gloucestershire and now based in London. She performs acoustic folk punk and plays house shows as well as venues and other DIY spaces. She is frequently on the road and is often described as performing in informal settings, including sitting on top of a fridge while guarding beer.

Feralus and other activities

She forms the collective Feralus with fellow acoustic performers Katie Raine and Perkie. The group releases an EP on Bandcamp. Ren also takes part in DIY gigs at her house in South East London, sells vagina T-shirts and other arty items, and has been heard singing along and drinking during Mike Scott’s set.
