RBX, born Eric Dwayne Collins, is a rapper and R&B singer from Long Beach, United States. His stage name stands for “Reality Born Unknown”. He is known as a US rapper in hip hop, and the name RBX is also used by an unrelated Italian hardtechno DJ.

Career

RBX joins Death Row in 1992 alongside his cousins Snoop Dogg and Daz Dillinger of The Dogg Pound. He appears on Dr. Dre’s The Chronic, which brings him wider notice, and he makes cameos on a range of Death Row Records releases.

Associations

RBX is not related to funk musician Bootsy Collins, although the two are close friends. His later affiliations include Aftermath Entertainment, and he is associated with the groups Group Therapy, Concrete Criminalz, N’Matez, DPGC and The S.T.O.P. Movement.
