Randy Crawford & Joe Sample first work together in 1979 on the Crusaders’ hit “Street Life”. Their collaboration continues on several later occasions, including the album No Regrets, which appears in 2008. Joe Sample is associated with the Crusaders, the Harold Land Quintet, Joe Sample and the Soul Committee, and Legends, and the music is connected with contemporary jazz, jazz, jazz fusion, smooth jazz and soul jazz.
