Rainy and the Dust
Rainy and the Dust, formerly known as Little Gaia, is a band that begins in west Wales and later bases itself in Bath after Rainy moves there in 2007. The group starts out playing surf clubs, pubs and festivals, and develops a sound built around upbeat lyrics and a mix of percussion-driven grooves with latin, afro, rock and reggae influences.
The band appears on the summer festival circuit and plays at events including Small Nations, Glastonbury, Bloom, Croissant Neuf and Exmouth. It also headlines the Oak stage at Small Nations and performs at Darvel, where it supports Martin Taylor, as well as at many other gigs across the country.
