Rags & Feathers are a Glasgow-based folk and anti-pop group. The band is formed by songwriter Tom Snowball, formerly of Dead Fly Buchowski, with guitarist Ian Moy and singer Andrea Tomlinson, who is also known for work with the folk duo The Metro-Gnomes.
