Quadrant

Quadrant is a German electronic music alias used by Mark Ernestus and Moritz von Oswald, who are also known as Basic Channel. Under this name, they work in minimal techno and dub techno, and the best-known track associated with the alias is “Infinition”. They also release a number of other EPs under the Quadrant name.

The name Quadrant is also used by other acts in electronic music, including a drum and bass group made up of Leigh Caplan and Daniel Pollard, an alias of Sharif Zawideh, and an ambient collaboration between Sense and Fourier Wave Device.
