Proletariat

Proletariat is a UK group from Mossley, active since 2016. It presents itself as connected to two bands, one playing hardcore punk and the other progressive metalcore. The progressive metalcore line-up includes Jimmy Allan on vocals, Kent Kingston and Connor Jordan on guitar, Keith Kohlhepp on bass and Joe Libraro on drums.

The group describes itself as a family of musicians and as a supporter of the local scene. It presents local music as an important part of the wider industry and says that larger acts begin in smaller scenes.
