Polar State
Polar State is a United States group active from 2005 to the present. The band is based in California and is split between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The group’s line-up includes Michael Warren, Jay Richardson, Adam Taniguchi, J.D. Uhls and Josh Williams. Warren handles guitar, vocals and keyboard; Richardson plays bass; Taniguchi plays guitar; Uhls plays drums and vocals; and Williams plays guitar and vocals.
Polar State release their first album in November 2005 and are also associated with an EP release in 2009.
The group is tagged with dubstep, ambient, chillstep and post-dubstep.
