Poizon

Poizon is a psytrance duo from Portugal, active since 2002, made up of Adelino Afonso and Mário Rodrigues. The project begins when the two longtime friends develop a shared interest in electronic music through techno and trance parties, where they first become drawn to that sound.

After forming the act, they continue working on it more seriously and improve their production as they gain better studio equipment. Their music is associated with strong bass lines, deep melodies and heavy use of obscure noises, placing them within psychedelic trance, darkpsy, dark full-on and related dark psytrance styles.
