Pog is a minimalistic twee punk band from Brighton, England. Formed in 2000, it begins as a solo project for Paul Stapleton, who previously plays in Anal Beard and other acts, with Stapleton handling vocals and guitar. The group then expands gradually into a five-piece.

The fuller line-up includes Annalise Vineer on bass, Deacon Brown on keyboards, Kerry Stapleton on guitar, and Wob on drums. Annalise Vineer leaves in 2005, after which Kerry Stapleton moves from guitar to bass. The band describes its own style as an “electro punk folk shambles”, and it performs regularly across the UK.
