Plastician is the stage name of Chris Reed, a DJ and producer from Thornton Heath, Croydon, born in 1982. He is also known as Plasticman. His work is associated with grime and dubstep, and his style links east London grime with the south London dubstep scene.

Plastician appears on the Rephlex Grime compilations, which helps establish his role in the wider recognition of the genre. He also presents pirate radio shows and holds a BBC Radio 1 residency slot. Alongside his DJ work, he releases music on Rephlex Records, Soulja, ROAD, Slimzos, A.R.M.Y. and Southside Dubstars.

He runs his own label, Terrorythm Recordings. He also helps assemble the mixtape Cashmere Agency Presents Mr. Grustle & Tha Russian Dubstep LA Embrace The Renaissance Vol.1 Mixed by Dj Plastician.
