Pip Williams is a UK record producer, arranger and guitarist, also credited as Phil Ventre and described in one profile as an electro, dubstep and bass producer. Born Philip Malcolm Williams in 1947 in Hillingdon, Middlesex, he works under the label Quarry Productions Ltd.

He is recognised for composing the orchestral arrangements on Nightwish’s album Once and its follow-up Dark Passion Play. His work is associated with production, arrangement and guitar, with a noted emphasis on electronic styles.
