Pinhani

Pinhani is a Turkish rock group from Türkiye, active since 2004. It is formed by Sinan Kaynakçı, who sings and plays rhythm guitar, and Zeynep Eylül Üçer, who sings and plays bass guitar. The group’s other members are Akın Eldes on lead guitar, Hami Ünlü on drums, and Selim Aydın.

Style and formation

The band develops a soft-rock sound built around mellow tones, lightly overdriven guitar solos, and clear, calm vocals. It begins as a project between two cousins, with Kaynakçı and Üçer as the original core of the group.

Albums

Pinhani’s debut album, İnandığın Masallar (The Fairy Tales You Believe), is released in 2006 and becomes a success. The group follows it with Zaman Beklemez (Time Doesn’t Wait) in 2008.
