Phil Cook is an American guitarist, banjoist, pianist and singer from Eau Claire and Durham. He works as a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist in the freak-folk band Megafaun and is also a member of DeYarmond Edison. He is linked with Justin Vernon as a collaborator, and is also associated with The Shouting Matches, Amateur Love, Mount Vernon, Hiss Golden Messenger, The Cook Brothers and Gayngs.
