Pete Green
Pete Green is a singer-songwriter from Sheffield in the United Kingdom, known for acoustic pop. He begins releasing solo material in the 2000s, after working in band line-ups and other projects.
Solo releases
His debut solo single, Everything I Do is Gonna Be Sparkly, appears on Atomic Beat Records in 2007. In 2008, he follows it with the EP Platform Zero on the Lostmusic label. After a period away from solo work, he returns with the albums The Glass Delusion in 2013 and We’re Never Going Home in 2016.
Bands and aliases
Green spends time in The Regulars from 1997 to 2002. He also works with The Sweet Nothings, which were previously called The Pete Green Corporate Juggernaut. The associated member list also includes Pink Opaque. He records and performs under the name atomicbeatboy as well.
Live activity
He appears at the first Indietracks indiepop festival in the same period as his first solo single.
