PeeWee is the stage name of Irvin Salinas, a Mexican American singer and actor from Othello, Washington, in the United States. He is also described as a US rapper.

He is the youngest of three siblings, with an older sister, Elizabeth Salinas, and an older brother, Simon Salinas. His father, Horacio Salinas, has an alcohol problem and enters rehabilitation when Irvin is 13. After his parents separate, his mother, María Martínez, moves the family to La Joya, Texas, near McAllen, where he works washing cars and taking other small jobs to help support the household.

At 15, while washing A.B. Quintanilla’s car, he meets the musician and learns about an audition for a music video with Quintanilla’s band. He attends the casting a few days later and is chosen to join Kumbia Kings, becoming the youngest member of the group. He later sings with Kumbia Kings and then becomes lead singer of Kumbia All Starz, both created by A.B. Quintanilla III.

In early 2008, he leaves Kumbia All Starz to pursue a solo career. His debut album, Yo Soy, is released in 2009.
