Pedro is the alias of London-based electronic musician, producer and remixer James Rutledge. He also records under the name Vowels.

As Pedro, he releases an EP titled Pedro EP in 1999 and the single Chapel Was My Dream in 2001. His work sits across electronic music, with references to downtempo, rock and indietronica in his wider profile.
