Paul Sinha is a Dutch singer, producer and actor from Luton, United Kingdom, born in 1970. He is also a comedian and is associated with the “Just a Minute” team.

Music career

Sinha grows up in Deventer and starts performing as part of the duo Vans ’n Purp from the age of sixteen, alongside Burak Sagir. The pair study at the Herman Brood Academie and release an EP before going their separate ways.

He releases his debut album, Niet zomaar, in 2017. The following year, his track Ey ey ey enters the Dutch Single Top 100, reaching number 99.

In 2019 he launches his own label, Alpha Rec, and issues the single Bloemen through it. He also appears in The Passion as the apostle Peter.

Later releases and collaborations

In December 2019 he appears on the debut single by biologist Freek Vonk. In 2020 he releases the album Dromen, which includes collaborations with Tabitha and Kraantje Pappie, as well as the previously released single Eigenlijk wel. He also helps write the number one hit Más Más Más for Rolf Sanchez.

Sinha receives a Gouden Award in 2021 for Eigenlijk wel, which reaches 8 million streams. He also appears in a T-Mobile Unlimiteds advert and sings on a composed version of the soundtrack inspired by 2001: A Space Odyssey.
