Paul Hart is a British multi-instrumentalist and composer from Ilford, United Kingdom, born in 1954 and active in work associated with library music and contemporary classical music. He dies in 2022.

He releases library music on the Bruton label in the early 1980s. His work is also tagged with disco and digital meltd0wn.
