Panjabi MC is the stage name of Rajinder Singh Rai, an English recording artist, rapper, record producer and DJ from Coventry in the United Kingdom. He works in bhangra.

He is best known for the 2002 single “Mundian To Bach Ke”, a bhangra track that gains international success and sells about 10 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling singles of all time. He also receives recognition for the 2003 release “Jogi”.

He is described as one of the most prominent figures in bhangra.
