Pale

Pale is a German indie rock band from Aachen, Germany. The group forms in 1993 and remains active until 2009.

Line-up

The founding members are brothers Holger Kochs, who handles vocals and guitar, and Stephan Kochs, who plays drums, alongside Christian Dang on guitar and vocals. Later members include Philipp Breuer on bass, Jürgen Hilgers, and Jonas Gervink on piano, synthesizers and vocals. In 2007, Jürgen Hilgers and Jonas Gervink leave and are replaced by Lisse and Jost Schiefer.

Recordings and activity

The band releases six studio albums in Germany, with at least some editions also issued in the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom. Their final line-up change takes place in 2007, and the band splits up in 2009.
