Owen Williams is a singer-songwriter from the United Kingdom. Based in Southend, Essex, he makes acoustic-based blues and gospel-influenced music, and is described as an indie rock artist.

His influences range widely, including Bob Dylan, Glen Hansard, Nick Cave and 1960s soul. He releases the album Routine Monsters in 2009 and the demo album Happy/Sad in 2015. He also releases the single The Man Who Ate A Hurricane and the album Standing Still Will Kill You.
