Orestea

Orestea is a London-based UK melodic metal group active from 2009. The band features Lisa Avon on vocals, with Lloyd Wilson and Jake Parvin on guitar, Mike Quinn on bass, and Jack Slade on drums.

The group forms at the end of 2008 and works as a five-piece with a sound described through the tags gothic metal, alternative metal, metal, female vocal, and melodic gothic metal. It self-releases its debut EP, Shadows Of Yesterday, and follows it with the full-length album Love Lines & Blood Ties. A third CD, This Is An Overture, is also part of its recorded output.
