One Acen is a UK songwriter and producer from Tottenham, North London. He begins rapping at the age of 13 and develops a style that sits apart from grime and the Afrobeat-influenced sounds prominent in the UK scene, drawing instead on hip-hop and R&B.

Before using the name One Acen, he releases more than five projects under the names Youngace and Acen by 2015. In 2017 he issues the singles Baesically (Interlude) and Rolling, which reflect that direction. His wider recognition grows through his collaboration with Hardy Caprio on Unsigned, after which he follows with Verified and Vice Versa, the latter featuring WSTRN and becoming a cult favourite.

He also appears on Best Life and EIO, with EIO also featuring Hardy Caprio. His work is associated with a more hip-hop and R&B-led approach within UK rap.
