OKZHARP is a South African-born, London-based producer with strong links to South Africa. His EP Dumela113 is released on Hyperdub; the title translates as “Hello113”. The release features vocals from Manthe Ribane, who is an artist and a member of the VINTAGE dance crew. Ribane also runs the Johannesburg creative studio Studio113 with her family.

The music for Dumela113 is recorded during an all-night session at an ex-marshmallow factory in Maboneng, Johannesburg. OKZHARP’s sound is associated with house, bass, UK garage, UK bass and gqom.
