German lo-fi band

One Offbeat project forms in 2008, founded by Fabian S. It is a German lo-fi band described as being similar to Birdie Hilltop. The group releases a single album, Outtakes, on its own label, Neighborhood Records. Only 14 CDs are sold, and the album is no longer available to buy.
